Kirsten gives audition workshops and masterclasses . Every summer a special Masterclass is taking place , together with well known singers like bariton Thomas Johannes Mayer ( 2015-2017 ) and Tenor Burkhard Fritz ( 2018/20 ) to prepare young singers for their professional career in Opera.
Kirsten is chairman of “Gesamtkunstwerk Klang e.V. ” , a platform of all arts in theatre and musictheatre , creating holistic aproaches to teach singers and performers and conductors . Furthermore the organisation is helping young singers in the beginning of theire carreer to finance coachings and auditions to make their way into an Operahouse.
Furthermore Kirsten is giving casting advice for different european agencies and theatres to not only coach singers but help them to find their way into the professional world .
